Coming from a family in the food industry, Laura learned the value of teamwork and quality. She decided to leave her corporate career to work in professional kitchens and understand their real challenges. As the founder of The Next Shift, Laura applies her leadership and management experience to transform kitchens into inclusive and efficient spaces, promoting collaboration and inclusion.
